Top Ten Tuesdays!

Every week The Broke and the Bookish hosts a weekly meme called Top Ten Tuesday! Every Tuesday has a different Top Ten Topic (posted ahead of time for participants) and this week’s topic is:

TOP TEN BLOGS/SITES YOU READ THAT AREN’T ABOUT BOOKS

My good friend, Eve, has started her own photography business and I like to support her in any way I can.  So not only did I serve as a model for her for some pictures, but I check her blog daily to check out new portraits and action shots that she has posted!  If you are looking for someone to do engagement, wedding, or anything else, then I highly suggest her!

I think most people are probably familiar with Perez Hilton’s infamous celebrity blog, but I have to admit that I am celebrity news junkie and Perez always has the scoop.

I can’t resist anything related to Glee…or Rachel Berry, and this website is the place to go to figure out where to purchase some of the clothes seen on the show.  Quinn Fabray and Rachel Berry have the best wardrobes, in my opinion, and I have found some great pieces by following this blog!

Lissy Elle is a fantasy photographer that has become somewhat popular in the young adult world since two of her photos have been used as the covers for Myra McEntire’s Hourglass series! She does a lot of literature inspired shoots (her Alice ones are my favorite of course) and if you haven’t seen her stuff you definitely need to check it out.

5. CNN
If I am going to be specific, then the page I read the most on CNN is the Justice section.  I like to read about the different court cases going on in the US and scouring the news for possible inspiration for stories.

I discovered ModCloth a few years back, but just recently starting avidly shopping there.  I’m sure most of you have checked out their site before, but with new stuff being added everyday…it never gets old!

I think this is self explanatory.

8. Twitter
This one too!

Since my obsession with Glee has been fully announced to everyone here at A Midsummer Night’s Read, I should admit that I check the Glee Forum almost daily for spoilers on the upcoming episodes and seasons.

10. TV Line
Michael Ausellio always had the scoop back when he worked for Entertainment Weekly, so it wasn’t hard to follow him over to his solo venture at TV Line.  (He still has all the best spoilers!)

What are some of your favorite sites to check?
